PUERTO PRINCESA CITY, April 14 (PNA) -- The Puerto Princesa Subterranian River National Park (PPSRNP), located in sitio Sabang, barangay Sabang, some 81 kilometers north from the city, is being nominated as one of the candidates in the ongoing worldwide search for "New Seven Wonders of Nature". CTO Senior Tourism Operation Officer Melinda Mohamad said as early as 6 a. m. on Oct. 10, tourism players and different sectors in this city will sail at the vicinity of Puerto Princesa's bay, where more than 100 bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops truncatus) are being sighted. more |
